These terms govern your use of Martil, MSBU Group's internal analytics dashboard. When you sign in and use Martil, you agree to the terms below.
Martil is for MSBU Group staff only. You sign in with a Google account on the @msbu.co.id domain, and Martil rejects other accounts. Do not share your access with anyone outside the organization.
Martil pulls and displays metrics from Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and YouTube, plus social data from a third-party provider. Martil reads this data read-only and changes nothing in the accounts you connect.
When you connect an account (Google Ads, Search Console, Analytics, or a YouTube channel), you confirm that you have the authority to connect it and to let Martil read its data. You are responsible for making sure this use complies with your agreements with Google and other providers.
We provide Martil as-is as an internal tool. We do not guarantee any uptime, and we may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time for maintenance or development.
MSBU Group owns Martil, including its code, design, and brand. The account data you connect stays owned by each account's owner. Martil only displays it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how Martil accesses, stores, and protects your Google data. These terms rely on that policy.
To the extent the law allows, MSBU Group is not liable for losses that arise from your use of Martil, including business decisions you make based on the data shown. Verify important figures directly at the source before you act on them.
We may update these terms. Changes take effect on the "Last updated" date above, and using Martil after that means you accept the latest version.
